From the north: Take Rte. 3 south to Rte. 129 east. Take right onto Rte. 3A south/Rte. 129 east (Boston Road). Take left onto Treble Cove Road (at set of lights, with a gas station on the left and a pizza shop to the right). St. Anne's is 1/4 mile on right.

From the south: Take Rte. 3 north to Rte. 129 east. Take right onto Rte. 3A south/Rte. 129 east (Boston Road). Take leftt onto Treble Cove Road (at set of lights, with a gas station on the left and a pizza shop to the right). St. Anne's is 1/4 mile on right.

From the east: Take Rte. 62 west to Rte. 129 west. Take right onto Rte. 3A north/Rte. 129 west (Boston Rd.). Go past Treble Cove Plaza shopping center on left, and at next light, take right onto Treble Cove Road (here the visual cues above are reversed: the gas station on the right after the light, and the pizza shop across the street on the left). St. Anne's is 1/4 mile on Right.

From the west: Take Rte. 4 or Rte. 62 to Rte. 3 north to Rte. 129 east. Take right onto Rte. 3A south/Rte. 129 east (Boston Road). Take left onto Treble Cove Road (at set of lights, with a gas station on the left and a pizza shop to the right). St. Anne's is 1/4 mile on right.
