At St. Anne's we have many opportunities for the children to learn, grow,
and participate in our parish life. Sundays 9:15-9:45 Young people 3 and older. It was so wonderful to enjoy all the time with our children/youth during Epiphany and Lent. Due to variable attendance we were unable to complete some projects and start others, but I know fun was had by all.
April 18 - May 30 EASTER is the season of Spring and new growth, fun and joy; it's liturgical
color is WHITE - symbolizing Purity, Innocence, Joy, Life and Light. Some
images traditionally associated with Easter in the church are:-Wheat -
the Resurrection of the body: Easter Lily - Eternal Life: Peacock - Resurrection:
Phoenix - Renewed Life: Butterfly - New Life. The precious stone associated
with this Season is the Diamond for Purity. "He is Risen. Alleluia.
The Lord is Risen indeed. Alleluia." is the traditional acclamation
and during our Eucharistic celebrations we can omit the Confession after
the Prayers of the People. Deacon Gay Christian Education St. Anne's offers several programs for our youth. Please select the 'Christian Formation' link on the left-navigation bar for further information. Youth Group The youth group is open to all of
our youth in grades 7-12. During the past years, the Youth group has gone
to see a Lowell Spinners game, had fun bowling, done laser tag, and spent
a day at Six Flags. The youth also put on coffee hour once a month.
