At St. Anne's we have many opportunities for the children to learn, grow, and participate in our parish life.

FUN WITH ART
Sundays 9:15-9:45
Young people 3 and older.

It was so wonderful to enjoy all the time with our children/youth during Epiphany and Lent. Due to variable attendance we were unable to complete some projects and start others, but I know fun was had by all.

EASTER SEASON

April 18 - May 30

EASTER is the season of Spring and new growth, fun and joy; it's liturgical color is WHITE - symbolizing Purity, Innocence, Joy, Life and Light. Some images traditionally associated with Easter in the church are:-Wheat - the Resurrection of the body: Easter Lily - Eternal Life: Peacock - Resurrection: Phoenix - Renewed Life: Butterfly - New Life. The precious stone associated with this Season is the Diamond for Purity. "He is Risen. Alleluia. The Lord is Risen indeed. Alleluia." is the traditional acclamation and during our Eucharistic celebrations we can omit the Confession after the Prayers of the People.
April 18 through May 30: We'll begin an Altar Cloth with the images and themes of Easter and use prayer cards to encourage participation in the Prayers of the People. We'll continue creating the starry heavens to brighten our church. Painting and drawing about Easter, Resurrection and Joy; luminaries as well as decorating cupcakes and finishing our weaving projects will take us through this entire season.

Christian Education

St. Anne's offers several programs for our youth. Please select the 'Christian Formation' link on the left-navigation bar for further information.

Youth Group

The youth group is open to all of our youth in grades 7-12. During the past years, the Youth group has gone to see a Lowell Spinners game, had fun bowling, done laser tag, and spent a day at Six Flags. The youth also put on coffee hour once a month.
